Korea Unification Leadership Academy
제1기 민주평통 통일학교는 애틀랜타 및 동남부 지역 중·고등학생을 대상으로 한반도 통일에 대한
올바른 이해와 글로벌 리더십을 함양하기 위해 마련된 교육 프로그램입니다.
온라인 강의와 토론 중심의 수업을 통해 청소년들이 통일과 평화에 대해 주체적으로 사고하고
미래 사회의 리더로 성장할 수 있도록 돕습니다.
The 1st Unification School hosted by PUAC Atlanta is an educational program
for middle and high school students in the Atlanta and Southeastern U.S. region.
The program is designed to help students develop a deeper understanding of
Korean Peninsula unification while fostering global leadership.
Through interactive online lectures and discussion-based classes, students are encouraged
to think critically about peace and unification and to grow as future leaders in a global society.

대상: 애틀랜타 및 동남부 지역 중·고등학생
Eligibility: Middle and high school students in the Atlanta and Southeastern U.S. region
기간: 2026년 4월 18일 ~ 5월 16일 (총 5주)
Program Period: April 18 – May 16, 2026 (5 weeks)
시간: 매주 목요일 오후 8시 ~ 9시 (미 동부시간)
Time: Every Thursday, 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM (ET)
진행 방식: 온라인 (Zoom)
Format: Online (via Zoom)
정원: 선착순 80명
Capacity: First 80 applicants
강사: 장유선 교수 (Kennesaw State University)
Instructor: Prof. Yuseon Jang (Kennesaw State University)
수업 언어: 한국어 (필요 시 간단한 영어 지원 가능)
Language: Korean (English support available if needed)
수료 장학금: 모든 참가자에게 $100 지급
Completion Scholarship: $100 awarded to all participants
우수학생 시상:
1등: $500 (1명)
2등: $300 (2명)
3등: $100 (5명)
Outstanding Student Awards:
1st Place: $500 (1 student)
2nd Place: $300 (2 students)
3rd Place: $100 (5 students)
